Cold Shipping
We use Chilltainers to get our products to you in the best condition possible.
Chilltainers are made from specialised corrugated cardboard laminated with an impermeable reflective metallised polyester.
Chilltainers are an Earth Friendly alternative to Polystyrene/EPS, and made from up to 95% paper fibre.
We line our Chilltainers with an EcoMat liner, reducing the amount of polystyrene and gel pouches required to get your product to you in a stable condition. Additional ice packs may be required during warmer months.
Our EcoMats are made from 100% recycled material that’s fully biodegradable, including ‘waste’ wool from wool processing. The whole mat is completely home compostable.
Receiving your goods
Please be available to receive delivery of your order, or provide an alternative shipping address where someone can. If it’s not possible for you to be home to receive your order, we suggest you place an Esky at your door, with ice/icepacks, with a very clear note for the courier.
Shipping Times
Local orders: We will hand deliver your order within 48 hours of ordering.
Phoenix Couriers (see elligible postcodes below): Orders placed before 7pm each Monday will be delivered on Thursday.
Australia Post (all other areas): Orders placed before 1pm will be sent the next day – orders are sent Monday through to Wednesday to prevent long depot delays and incorrect storage over weekends. Shipping usually takes 1 to 2 business days, depending on your location.
Click and Collect: Orders placed before 1pm will usually be ready to collect next business day. We will notify you when your order is ready to collect. Collection is during store opening hours only.
Urgent orders: if your order requires urgent attention, please contact us prior to ordering to discuss your options.

All orders over $200 will be elligible for FREE SHIPPING.
Local delivery - within 10km
We offer a free hand delivery service for orders over $30 to local customers, within 10km of our shop. Orders under $30 will incur a $10 delivery fee. Please contact us prior to ordering if you’re unsure you fall within this range.
Phoenix Couriers
We use Phoenix Couriers for deliveries throughout south east Queensland*. All other orders will be shipped via Australia Post (see below).
